Orphanages and vulnerable communities often struggle to provide essential food items like rice, beans, flour, milk, sugar, salt, and other staples. With limited budgets and inconsistent support, meeting these basic needs can be a challenge. The BreadBasket program is here to help. We mobilize individuals and communities to identify and support care centers and children in need.
We are building a food bank that meets urgent needs for food, clothing, and medical care. We collaborate with food suppliers, rural women’s groups, and cooperatives. Our program also encourages direct correspondence between sponsors and orphans through letters and pictures.

You can help us make a difference! Individuals and communities can contribute food for as little as 100 francs through our platform. We partner with supermarkets in Yaoundé to collect excess food, and work with restaurants, groups, and associations for meals, equipment, and volunteer support.
